Health Information and Technology Week is now Health Information
Professionals Week, and has moved from November to March. The name
and date may be different, but the quality skills and knowledge health
information professionals offer haven’t changed. Thus, we created a
week focusing on the individuals practicing HIM, and not just the work
they do. Additionally, scheduling the week to coincide with Hill Day
promotes the role health information professionals play in advocating
for and protecting the rights of the public.
Join us March 25–31 in honoring the people who are Managing Health
Information for Life!
